Scrape down.
Blend again: 30 sec / speed 10
Add: Nutritional yeast, Miso, Dijon, ACV, Nutmeg, paprika (if using), Salt, Soy sauce (if using) Tapioca starch, Coconut oil (if using)
Blend: 20 sec / speed 6
Cook: 5 min / 90°C / speed 3
If not fully elastic: Add 1–2 tbsp hot water, Cook another 1–2 min / 90°C / speed 3
Spoon over your hot baked potatoes.
Broil 2–4 minutes until: Surface bubbles, Edges lightly golden
