Set your oven to 350 degrees to preheat.
Boil your pasta al dente.
Drain and set aside.
In a pan, sauté yellow onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add in ground beef.
Break apart and cook until brown.
Add in oregano and garlic powder.
Add in jar sauce of marinara.
Mix and set aside off heat.
In a large baking dish, add in cavatappi and Alfredo sauce.
Mix until combined.
Scoop meat sauce on top.
Layer with mozzarella cheese and oregano.
Bake for 15 minutes- last 2 minutes broil (optional).
Serve hot & enjoy!
