Bouyourdi Cheesy Feta Dip from Thessaloniki
  1. Place the thinly sliced tomatoes in a baking dish, layer the crumbled feta, and then the grated cheese.

  2. Top with the chopped roasted red peppers, chopped pepperoncini peppers, and season with the oregano and olive oil.

  3. Cover with an oven safe lid or foil, and bake for 15 minutes at 395 degrees. Remove the lid / foil and continue baking for a further 5 minutes to become golden.
