Easy Whipped Ricotta Cheese Crostini With Honey And Walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange sliced bread in a single layer on a large baking dish or sheet. Top each slice of crusty bread with a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.Bake for 8-10 minutes until toasted and golden brown.

  2. In a medium bowl add ricotta, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about a minute. (This works just as well in a stand mixer or food processor.)

  3. Top each of the toasted baguette slices with a generous spoonful of the whipped ricotta mixuture.Finish each piece of ricotta toast with a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts.
