Healthy Iced Date Cortado
  1. Air-fry 4 Dates in 390F for 7 minutes

  2. Blend air-fried dates with 4oz (120ml) Hot Water, ½ tsp Vanilla Extract, and a pinch of Salt to make syrup.

  3. Prepare a double shot of Espresso.

  4. Add 1tbsp Date Caramel Syrup to the espresso.

  5. Add 3oz (90ml) Milk.

  6. Froth with a hand frother.

  7. Pour over milk of choice and ice.
