Slow Cooked Chashu Pork
  1. In a slow cooker, pour water, soy sauce and mirin.

  2. Add garlic and ginger. Mix well.

  3. Submerge the pork.

  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-9 hours.

  5. Store the chashu pork, as it is in the broth, in the fridge until you use it. It can be stored for about a week.
