Nut Free Energy Balls
  1. Pit the dates and add them to a food processor with the other ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth. This might take a few minutes. If it doesn’t come together, add 1-2 tbsp of water (it will depend on how soft your dates are). Keep blending until soft and sticky.

  3. Roll the mixture into 14 balls and refrigerate to firm up.
