Ingredients:
Start by cooking the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Once done, drain them and set them aside.
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. When it's hot, add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, which should take around 5-7 minutes.
Once the beef is ready, mix in the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute until aromatic.
In a separate small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce by whisking together. Pour this sauce mixture over the beef in the skillet, stirring to blend everything well.
Next, add the cooked noodles to the skillet and gently toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
Season the dish with salt and pepper to your taste. If you’re using vegetables, toss them in now and cook until they are just tender.
Serve.
