Add salt and pepper and blitz
Add grated parmesan and high quality olive oil in parts while blending
Check seasoning and serve
For bread crumbs: Slice baguette into small pieces and lay on baking sheet
Drizzle with oil and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp
Blend or process into fine crumbs
Add Italian herbs and mix until fine crumb texture
For chili oil: Heat neutral oil to 130°C/265°F
In a bowl, combine red chili flakes, paprika, MSG, minced garlic clove, and salt
Slowly pour hot oil into the bowl and mix
Allow to cool before using
