Sauce Ingredients
Prepare the sauce by combining the chicken stock cube, salt, sugar, white pepper, miso, and boiling water in a bowl, stirring until dissolved, then add the soy sauce.
Prepare the noodles according to the packet's instructions.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions, starting with the white ends, then add the bean sprouts, followed by the green ends of the spring onions. Now add the sesame oil.
Add cooked noodles to the pan and mix in the prepared sauce. Toss everything well to coat the noodles in the sauce, then cook for about 5 minutes until the noodles absorb the flavors and the liquid evaporates.
Serve and enjoy your takeout-style fried noodles!
NOTE: Think about adding dehydrated ramen veggies to the broth until they are re-hydrated and then add it all to the noodles.
