Sokolowski’s Pierogi Recipe
  1. Combine 12 cups of flour and salt in a mixer

  2. Combine eggs, 3 cups of water, and oil in mixer

  3. Add sour cream, water, oil & egg mixture to flour

  4. Mix until dough is creamy & pliable

  5. Allow dough to rest for 30 minutes

  6. Roll out dough and cut into circles

  7. Fill dough circles, fold over & crimp together

  8. Cook pierogi in salted water until they float

  9. Brown cooked pierogi in skillet with butter

  10. Serve with butter, onion, and sour cream with chives or dillweed
