Created strands like angel hair by slicing dough into thin threads.
Toss with olive oil in a pie plate and press to form a crust, then season with salt and pepper.
Bake until crust begins to turn golden, then remove from oven.
Mix some olive oil in a bowl with grated garlic and salt & pepper. Brush over both sides of tomatoes and layer tomatoes over bottom of the crust.
Bake again until tomatoes are cooked and crust is nicely browned.
