  1. Chop chocolate on a dry board into small chunks

  2. Heat cream on stove until almost boiling

  3. Place bowl with chocolate on a wooden board, pour over hot cream and don't touch for 2 mins

  4. Mix gently until smooth

  5. Pour over your favourite slice
