Easy No-knead Ciabatta Bread
  1. Mix everything except flour & salt.

  2. Add flour & salt, mix with spatula.

  3. Cover 15 min.

  4. Fold dough from bottom to top.

  5. Let rest 1 hr or more.

  6. Cut gently, keep air in.

  7. Place on pan, cover 10 min.

  8. Bake at 415°F (215°C) for 20-25 mins.
