Whisk eggs in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder and milk powder then gradually add ½ cup at a time to the whisked eggs while you stir.
The batter should have a raw 'sourdough' consistency.
Wet your hands with water before rolling each into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 350 F for 11-13 minutes or until you see the tops begin to brown.
