Sticky Lemon Tofu
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, zest and juice of one lemon, water, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Carefully place the tofu in the pan and cook until all sides are golden brown.

  4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the lemon sauce. Stir gently to coat the tofu evenly.

  5. Cover with a lid, turn off the heat, and let the flavors absorb for 5 minutes.
