Creamy Lobster And Shrimp Spaghetti With Fresh Tomatoes
  1. Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until just shy of al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

  2. Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove to a plate.

  4. Warm lobster gently in the skillet for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  5. Cook shallot and garlic in the same skillet until soft and fragrant.

  6. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until burst and saucy.

  7. Pour in seafood broth and simmer briefly.

  8. Toss spaghetti with sauce, adding pasta water as needed.

  9. Fold in lobster and shrimp and heat gently.

  10. Finish with parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
