Pour in the olive oil, seasonings, and spices using a large gallon Ziploc bag. Close the bag and knead to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Place all four sleeves of crackers in the bag, re-seal, and gently turn the bag over several times to coat the crackers with the spice mixture. The more times you do this, the better the coating.
Let the bag sit overnight.
Remove the crackers and lay them out on a baking sheet. Bake at 250°F for about 15 minutes. (Note: If you are short on time, the crackers still taste great when skipping the baking Step 4.)
