  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and yolks gently without overbeating to avoid bubbles

  3. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt to the eggs and mix until smooth

  4. Strain mixture through a fine sieve for silky smooth custard texture

  5. Pour filling into crust slowly

  6. Bake for 45–60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly but set and top is golden brown

  7. Cool completely before slicing

  8. Chill 2–3 hours for best texture before serving
