Halloumi And Chickpea Salad
  1. Over medium heat some oil in a pan. Once hot, add halloumi, hot honey and chilli flakes. Cook until golden brown, around 5 minutes

  2. Preheat oven to 200c. Rinse and drain chickpeas. Pat dry. Add to a prepared baking tray along with some oil, salt and paprika. Roast for 30 minutes until crispy.

  3. Make dressing by mixing ingredients together in a small bowl.

  4. Chop your salad and coriander, and add to a large bowl, along with the halloumi and chickpeas.

  5. Pour over dressing and mix well.
