Chia Pudding
  1. In a bowl or blender, mix: Milk, Greek yogurt, Sweetener, Vanilla, Salt

  2. Stir in chia seeds thoroughly.

  3. Let sit 10 minutes, then stir again (prevents clumps).

  4. Divide evenly into 3 jars.

  5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight best.
