  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until evenly blended.

  3. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick dough forms. It may seem a little oily but should hold together when pressed.

  4. Crack in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  6. Place the chilled dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out to about ¼-inch thickness using a rolling pin.
