Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
