FIRST STEP:Using a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips on 30 second intervals, stirring between each session. Repeat until smooth
Let sit until chocolate reaches room temperature
Line an 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, being sure to go up the sides also
SECOND STEP:In a large mixing bowl, gently and slowly fold together the melted chocolate and the Cool Whip. The chocolate may form small hard bits, this is normal
Continue folding until the chocolate and Cool Whip has combined
Pour the mixture into the prepared 8x8 baking pan
Place into the freezer for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, remove and cut into 36 equal squares
Melt the chocolate wafers while the candy is in the freezer
THIRD STEP:Dip each square into the melted dipping chocolate and place on parchment paper
Allow the candy to set fully
Store the Candy in the freezer in a tightly covered container, until ready to serve. The candy can be stored in the freezer for up to 30 days
