Spicy Lentil Soup With Dried Chilli
  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil to a large pot on medium low and sauté for a few minutes.

  2. Add onions and sauté until the onion is translucent.

  3. Add rice and lentils as well as the spices.

  4. Add the vegetable broth and (optional miso paste) and bring to boil.

  5. Allow soup to simmer for 25 minutes.
