Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 177°. Rack on bottom place.

  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

  3. In a 2nd bowl beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, ca. 2'.

  4. Add 1 egg a time and beat low speed. Beat well.

  5. Then beat in yogurt and bananas.

  6. Slowly beat in dry ingredients at low speed,do not over mix!

  7. Add nuts.

  8. Bake for 60' /65'.

  9. Loosely cover with aluminium halfway to prevent top too brown.

  10. Transfer pan on a rack and let cool for 1 hour. Take out the bread and let cool completely.
