Preheat oven to 177°. Rack on bottom place.
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
In a 2nd bowl beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, ca. 2'.
Add 1 egg a time and beat low speed. Beat well.
Then beat in yogurt and bananas.
Slowly beat in dry ingredients at low speed,do not over mix!
Add nuts.
Bake for 60' /65'.
Loosely cover with aluminium halfway to prevent top too brown.
Transfer pan on a rack and let cool for 1 hour. Take out the bread and let cool completely.
