Mix the wet ingredients together and then slowly incorporate the flour until a dough ball forms and is no longer sticky.
Knead for 2-3 mins until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1-2 hrs, until double.
Punch down and shape into 32 rolls.
Place on a sheet pan and cover, let rise for another 30 mins or so until puffy.
Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins, until golden brown.
