Dinner Rolls
  1. Mix the wet ingredients together and then slowly incorporate the flour until a dough ball forms and is no longer sticky.

  2. Knead for 2-3 mins until smooth.

  3. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hrs, until double.

  4. Punch down and shape into 32 rolls.

  5. Place on a sheet pan and cover, let rise for another 30 mins or so until puffy.

  6. Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins, until golden brown.
