Add pasta to boiling water with salt
Stir gently the whole time to prevent pasta from sticking
Once half the water is gone, add fat free evaporated milk
Bring it back to a boil
Turn off the heat and add grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella, and nutritional yeast
Keep stirring off the heat
Add your choice of seasonings and more evaporated milk until creamy
Divide into 4 equal servings and enjoy
When reheating, add a drop of milk to prevent splitting
