Carrot Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix in sugar, oil and eggs until well blended.
Stir in carrots, pineapple, and raisins.
Pour batter into 2 greased & floured cake pans. (8 or 9" round).
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
