In a large bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese mixture with almond flour, baking powder, mozzarella, garlic, oregano, and salt until a thick dough forms.
Spread the dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until edges are golden and the center is cooked through.
Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Let cool slightly before slicing into breadsticks.
