Easy Herb & Mayo Baked Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius)

  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season each with salt and pepper

  3. Finely dice the capers, dill. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice to a bowl and stir in the capers, dill and garlic. Once well mixed spoon the mayo mixture onto each of the salmon fillets and spread it out evenly in a thin layer. Top each of the salmon fillets with a slice of lemon.

  4. Bake the salmon in the oven for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with additional dill before serving.

  5. Preheat the airfryer for 2 minutes at 400 degrees

  6. Place the salmon fillets coated in the sauce into the airfryer basket and cook for 7 minutes.
