Add chicken to the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Pour sauce over the chicken and flip to coat.
Cover and cook on high 3–4 hours or low 6–7 hours, until chicken is tender.
Optional: Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook 10–15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve over rice or with veggies.
