Tasteless Baker's Easy Focaccia

Dough

510 g bread flour

8g instant dried yeast

10g salt

450g lukewarm water (30 c)

Mix together dry ingredients and then mix in water. Cover and let rest at room temp for 30 minutes

With a wet hand, fold the dough. Rotate the bowl, fold the dough over. Repeat 4x

Drizzle olive oil over the top.

Oil up the pan and your hand and tip the dough into the oiled pan using your oiled hand. Spread it out, drizzle on some more oil and cover with another tray and put it in the fridge overnight. (if not overnight, let it chill in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours)

Remove from fridge and left it proof at room temp (1-2hrs)

Once dough is proofed, dimple with your fingers and pop any giant bubbles

Add your toppings such as oil, salt, herbs....

pre heat oven 430 for 30 minutes

bake for 30 minutes
