Sheet Pan Nachos & Margaritas
  1. Cook the ground beef in a pan, seasoning with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.

  2. Add refried beans and beef broth to the beef mixture.

  3. Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan, then top with half the beef-bean mixture, shredded cheddar, pickled jalapenos, and black beans.

  4. Add another layer of chips, then the remaining beef-bean mixture, shredded mixed cheese, cheese whiz, and crumbled cotija cheese.

  5. Bake the nachos for 15-20 minutes at 425°F.

  6. Make a quick guacamole by mashing avocado with salt, pepper, cumin, and lime juice.

  7. Make a margarita by shaking together tequila, sweet & sour mix, Grand Marnier, lime juice, and blood orange juice.

  8. Top the baked nachos with the guacamole, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro.
