Season 100g of breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp each of smoked paprika and oregano and then salt and pepper to taste
Coat your burrata in 100g of plain flour, egg wash then breadcrumbs
Repeat the egg and breadcrumbs until fully coated
Air Fry for 6-8 mins at 170C
Serve on top of warm marinara and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley
