My Sweet Potato Tattie, Scottish Scones 😍
  1. Heat the oven to 180°C or heat up butter in a skillet.

  2. Add the mashed potato to a bowl and add all the other ingredients and from a dough

  3. Roll out the dough to an ½ inch thickness

  4. Cut into Saucer size rounds, then cut into 4 equal size wedges

  5. Grease the baking tray with butter and Place the scones on the tray bake until they have risen and are golden brown. Also you can bake them on a griddle turn over until golden brown.

  6. Serve on there own or with Bacon,egg sausage etc.
