Add the cottage cheese to a bowl with the harissa paste, feta, garlic granules, honey, lemon juice and red onion mix well until well combined and the feta breaks into the sauce.
Add in the shredded chicken, red pepper and fresh basil, mixing to combine.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3+ days.
If the mix seperates just mix to bring back together.
Use in wraps, sandwiches, jacket potatoes or as a highprotein salad topper.
