Green Chicken Enchiladas
  1. Mix green sauce with chilies and sour cream

  2. Smooth 1 spoonful of the sauce around the bottom of a 9x13 pan

  3. Simmer the chicken broth in a skillet

  4. Use tongs to pass each tortilla through the broth for just a few seconds before placing in the pan

  5. Layer 6 tortillas over the first layer of sauce

  6. Add ½ of the chicken over the tortillas

  7. Sprinkle ⅓ of the cheese over the chicken

  8. Pour ⅓ of the sauce over the cheese

  9. Repeat the layering process two more times

  10. Finish with a final layer of tortillas, sauce, and cheese

  11. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes uncovered until bubbly
