Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in one bowl
Mix wet ingredients (buttermilk, Greek yogurt, olive oil, egg, vanilla) in another bowl
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Pour hot coffee into the mixture and stir until combined
Pour batter into a 9 inch round cake pan or 8 inch Bundt pan
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes
Heat heavy cream in microwave for approximately 1 minute
Pour hot cream over dark chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes
Stir until smooth and glossy
Pour ganache over warm cake
