Cold Brew

My favorite cold brew ratio is 1:10, coffee to water. You can of course make adjustments on if you want it more of a concentrate, but I just prefer easy math.

  1. Combine water and coffee grounds in a large container and give it a light stir. Cover and place in the fridge for 24-48 hours.

  2. Strain out coffee grounds and place coffee in a container for one hour without disturbing. This allows any remaining coffee particles to sink to the bottom of the container.

  3. Pour coffee into jar of your choice and place in the fridge. I try to drink mine within a week.
