Classic Rare Beef Pho
  1. In large saucepan, combine 8 cups water, Roasted Beef Base, oyster sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar. Add ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick and star anise; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until fragrant. Strain and return to boil.

  2. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; divide among 4 bowls. Top with sirloin, bok choy and carrots; pour hot broth over top.

  3. Top with bean sprouts, cilantro and mint. Serve with lime wedges. Drizzle with hoisin and hot sauce.
