Add 2 cups of pitted cherries to a glass jar.
In a saucepan over low heat, whisk together ¾ cup of agave, ¼ cup of water, juice of ½ a lemon, and 1 tsp of vanilla.
Pour the mixture over the cherries.
Let the cherries cool and then seal the jar.
Place in the fridge for at least 12 hours before enjoying.
