Cut the broccoli stems, don't throw them out, just peel them
Throw the stems and florets in boiling water for about 10 minutes
Take some extra virgin olive oil
Add 2 cloves of garlic and sausage, watch the garlic and don't let it burn
Take the garlic out, don't throw it out, we'll use it later
Deglaze with white wine
Take the broccoli out into a nice bath in the same water
Cook the pasta
Put the broccoli in a blender with the garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, and extra virgin olive oil
Add the broccoli puree to the sausage
Add the cooked pasta and some pasta water
Grate pecorino cheese on top
Finish with black pepper
