Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough and spread the cream cheese. Spread bacon on top.
Heat oil in a pan and prepare the scrambled eggs. Spread the scrambled eggs on top of the bacon. Sprinkle the grated cheese and chives on top.
Tightly roll up the pizza dough from the long side and cut into approximately 2 cm wide rolls. Place the snails in a baking dish or on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for approx. 25 minutes.
