Add the wheat gluten, paprika, garlic powder and nutritional yeast to a bowl and mix everything together.
Add the oxo cubes, water and tomato purée to a jug and mix everything together.
Create a well in the centre of the bowl, pour the liquid in and mix everything together.
Knead the dough for 2 minutes and create a log shape with it. Leave it in the bowl and cover it with a tea towel for 10 minutes.
Wrap the log in foil and seal both ends. Place it in the oven for 45 minutes at 180C/ 160C (fan oven).
Remove it from the oven and leave it to cool for 15 minutes.
