In a shallow dish, glass bowl or Ziploc, add all ingredients and mix.
Add turkey breast and place in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Heat the smoker, grill or oven to 250 degrees (add 1 teaspoon liquid smoke if preferred). If using a smoker, I prefer oak or maple wood.
Cook until internal temperature reaches 155-165 degrees, remove from heat.
Place in refrigerator to cool before slicing. Once cooled, you can slice any thickness you prefer.
