Brussels Sprout Slaw With Anchovy Cream Dressing, Dates, Hazelnuts And Loads Of Shaved Parm
  1. Add the shave sprouts to a large mixing bowl along with the dates and hazelnuts (save some of the nuts for plating) then add the dressing and toss really well.

  2. Shave lots of parmesan all over and toss again

  3. Plate up with am extra scatter of hazelnuts, more parmesan and a slick of olive oil.
