Protein Chocolate Pb Brownie
  1. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, cacao powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth using a small food processor

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour in the batter, then toss in the chocolate chips

  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until set, then remove and let cool completely

  4. Pop the cooled brownie into the fridge for 5-6 hours or ideally overnight

  5. Make the PB frosting by whisking together Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, powdered PB2, and powdered sweetener until thick and creamy, adjusting flavors to taste

  6. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownie and chill before slicing

  7. Top with optional peanut M&Ms or a thin dusting of shaved dark chocolate
