Mix flour, salt, and baking powder
Add butter and water.
Toss flour and add a little water as needed. Mix till dough doesn’t stick to bowl.
Divide the dough into 2 ounce portions
Stuff it with your favorite cheese
Roll it into a ball, seal, and remove excess dough after rolled.
Roll dough on a lightly floured surface, going from center out to front and back.
Cook on medium hot heat, but not too hot
