Lemon Butter Baked White Fish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Pat the fish dry with a paper towel, then place the fish in a baking dish (or on a rimmed baking sheet), drizzle with the lemon juice, and sprinkle the fish evenly with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Place thin pats of butter and slices of lemon over the top of the pieces of fish.

  4. Bake at 375°F for 13 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and flaky. Serve and enjoy!
